Mitt Romney Is Against Medical Marijuana
Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney made it clear where he stands on the issue of medical marijuana when he spoke to a man with muscular dystrophy who asked Romney about the issue. Here's a video of the exchange:
Mitt may be against medical marijuana but it is legal in several states. The federal government has been illegally prosecuting doctors and medical marijuana dispensaries in these states.
A good question to ask Mitt and all the other candidates is not whether they themselves support medical marijuana but, rather, whether they will put an end to these illegal federal prosecutions and raids and begin respecting the legal rights of people in the individual states.

Mitt was caught in the crosshairs. He did not have a "marketable" response and could not do much but walk away.
If we are a federation of states, then the states must have the right to decide for themselves what their residents can and cannot do. Big, read that as the federal government, has gotten too big, too involved and TOO controlling!
